Game notes: The Pistons are coming off an impressive 11-point win over the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, which prompted a fan’s epic celebration rant. Point guard Dennis Smith Jr. is expected to make his Pistons debut in this game, as the Pistons try for two straight wins — they’re the only team in the league without consecutive wins. … The Pacers are playing the second night of a back-to-back, after losing to the Nets on Wednesday, 104-94, in Brooklyn. Indiana has lost four straight to drop under .500. This is the first matchup of the season between these Central Division rivals.

HELP, PLEASE: Jerami Grant likely will need coaches to vote him into All-Star Game

WINDSOR: Blake Griffin may not have ‘it’ anymore, but has enough to boost rebuild
